Responsible for All India Sales Recruitments.
Ensures effectiveness of C&B administration includingannual compensation reviews.
Drive for timely completion/receipt of PerformanceAppraisals for all associates in the Region.
Managing effective Employee Relations in the region.
Linking Business Goals of the organization with HRpractices innovatively to drive the implementation ofnew employee friendly HR practices.
Initiatives to develop & grow overall businessperformance.
Desired Profile:
Looking for an an HR professional with a strategicoutlook, specialised in the area of Talent Management,Employee Relation, Performance Management,Compensation & Benefits administration and OverallOrganisational Development.
HR professional with around 10-15 years of experience,with a strong background in Recruitments will behighly prefered.
The incumbent must have experience heading Regions.
HR personnel from Banks or Financial ServiceOrganization will be prefered.
