Experience: 8-10 yrs & 5 to 6 years
Education: Full time, 2 yr MBA in HR from XLRI, TISS, etc
Skills Required:
1.Experience in handling general HR operations for IT companies ofsize 500+
2.Should have at least 4+ yrs. of general HR experience.
3.Should be preferably form a PCMM 3 or a PCMM 5 assessed company.
4.At least 3+ yrs experience in Software Development companies
5.Good communication skills and maturity6.High Energy and Ability to Take Initiatives
Responsibility:
1.Will be independently responsible for managing and supervising theHuman Resources processes (except Training and Recruitment) toachieve goals within available resources
2.Maintains a Human Resources System that meets information needs
3.Coordinates HR activities with other departments as needed
