Job Title: Associate Vice President, HR
Support CenterFunction: Human Resources
Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Hours: 2-11pm
Reports to: Functional leader in the US and Operationally to the Managing Partner in India

Qualifications:·
Undergraduate and graduate degree (MBA preferred) in related field·
12+ years of relevant/professional services experience
Previous management of a business unit, start up operation, or offshore business unit in a multi-national organization.
Demonstrated management skills with strong focus on human relations and training and development of staff
Must be a hands-on problem solver with the ability to initiate change.
Must be creative, innovative and entrepreneurial and able to work in a matrixed environment
Must have strong initiative, flexibility and adaptability and can manage multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Responsibilities:
Provide overall direction for HR Support Center in support of Firm's HR Function in the United States.
Develop and build relationships with the HR leaders in the United States
Recommend/Implement improvements/alternatives for operation
Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team
Develop, monitor and control project plans across all teams
Approve project standards (deliverables, tools, communications, etc.)
Conduct project and management review meetings with internal teams
Track, review and resolve relevant issues and change requests
Review work products and deliverables
Verify the quality of all deliverables
Assist in the hiring, career development and training of additional HR professionals
Will require minimal travel to the U.S.
