- Demonstrated experience with direct software services sales through lead generation, prospecting and negotiation
- Client customer management which result in improve revenue, services and retention
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of levels in business, staff and the wider community
- Understand and commitment to working with the community
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- High level of motivation and a "get the job done" attitude
- Problem solving skills and also the ability to think laterally and strategically
- Commitment to the objectives of the organisation - Understand the commercial/charity balance that the organisation faces
- Enjoy the challenge of direct sales through prospecting and cold calling client
- Direct field selling experience especially for overseas Market - preferably US , UK & European Countries.
- Problem solver with a solutions outcome
