Current Position: GM (HR Global)
Role:
Would be a part of top management to do planning for setting up HR- Quality benchmark an IT/system organization and integrated IT services in India. Role would involve design and implementation of organization structure, HR processes and comprehensive performance mgmt system. Key elements of the responsibilities would include some of the following:
Recruitment and Selection:
•Recruitment and selection planning, co-ordination with several departments/management.
•The ability to develop key client relationships across the corporate spectrum
•Proven sales leadership and the ability to build market share
•A comprehensive understanding of the current recruitment market

Organization & People:
1.Organisation Structure Design aligned with business processes
2.Identification of functions, sub-functions and key department lines
3.Develop roles and responsibilities for each levelcy
4.Design reporting relationships
5.Develop sizing projections and ramp-up plan
6.Develop high level skill and competency profiles for senior management level
7.Develop high level training & development focus areas for the organization

Performance Management:
Design and Implementation of Balanced Business Score Card based comprehensive performance management and strategy articulation system

HR/ IR Policies:
Design and Implementation of various HR and IR Policies and Processes such as Admin Policies, compensation design, Recruitment, productivity and IR related matters, etc.

Experience:
1.Around 5-12 years of experience in HR IT/BPO/Telecom Consulting Function in designing the HR related processes. Preferably with CMM Level 5 HR Section.
2.Exposure to concepts like balanced business score card for performance mgmt would be required
3.Strong in report writing on MS Power point and MS Word
4.High level of comfort on quantitative analysis on MS Excel and other tools
5.Exposure to IT/Systems/Operations/Telecom an advantage

Education: B.E / B.Tech. In Computer Science /MCA with MBA with systems from a reputed institute

Compensation:
Salary would be Rs. 8-12lakhs per annum.
