Category Managers :
Provides marketing leadership for the category/portfolio of brands.
Identifies new market opportunities within the category.
Leads a team of Brand Managers & Producter Managers.

MBA from premier Institute with 6-8 years overall exp & min 4yrs in Marketing/Brand management.


Brand Managers :
Evolves strategies to build brand salience & influence the growth of market shares.
Sketches out & implements annual brand plans.
Handles sales revenue & profitability.

MBA from premier Institute with 3-6 years overall exp & min 2yrs in Marketing/Brand management.


State Sales Managers :
Handles responsibility of sales & distribution for the assigned state(s).
Plans & achieves growth in value & volume across the product portfolio in the assigned territory.
Identifies opportunities to maximize sales.
Leads a team of ASM's & field force.

Graduate or PG in Business Management from a reputed institution.
Min 2years of state level responsibility in a reputed FMCG company & 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
