HR/IR requirement - 94/95 batches

We are Approach Intl, an executive search firm based out of Gurgaon, Delhi; there is an urgent requirement for a leading MN FMCG company for handling their Chennai HR/IR Operations:

*Experience : 94 or 95 batcher with IR/HR preferable exp in an
FMCG/Manufacturing set-up

*Responsibilities:
*An HR Role with more focus on IR for the next 1 year at least.
*The candidate should be able to handle settlements with the union independently and be able to give strategic input to operations.
*He / She will be responsible for HR Scorecard, Training, PMS etc.
*The candidate should know the local language (TAMIL) and should
be able to liaison with the govt authorities and locals.
*The candidate should be good in Goal orientation, working with
and through people, high on personal values and customer focused
