Manager HR - Pune

I work with a global search firm based out of Mumbai, and have an interesting opportunity with a client at the level of Head - HR based out of Bangalore.

This is a key position with them, and :

1.It's an opportunity to work with a strong global brand, an MNC that is the world's No 1 in the Outsourcing space, with a unique combination of management consulting and technology services.
2. Opportunity to manage an HRD team of 25 people, excluding recruitment (which has another 20 people in it), and all the transactional aspects of HR.
3. Manage a growing organisation of 4500 + people.
4. This is an organisation with deep industry and business process expertise, therefore the opportunity to leverage global resources, and best practices - they have a multicountry team already in India, and this will continue.
5. Being high up on the outsourcing value chain, they are performing more complex and value-added activities for their clients. Therefore better billing rates, and in turn better cost differentials for the India centre. It is considered the Mercedes in the outsourcing world.
6. State of the art facilities and exceptional work environment for professional development.
7. Growth opportunity to get into line/consulting, or move internationally.

It would be really nice if you could help me network with HR professions out there in US, with about 10 years experience, who might be wanting to return to India.

Regards,
Anne
