Job Description To Handle the entire gamut of HR activities
like:.
- Working environment, Company policies, Competency Mapping and
Talent Management.
- Benchmark compensation structure and formulate performance linked
reward strategy.
- Strong relationship and team-building skills are essential.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment,
selection and training,
work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- 360-degree feedback coaching, and annual performance reviews.

Desired Profile - Bachelor or Master's degree in HR or a related discipline
- Experience in IT industry is a must.
