Sr. HR Manager - Pune

We are urgently looking for a Smart HR Professional to work for our
client in Pune.

Our client is a manufacturer of Precision Quality Electrically
Resistance Welded and Cold Drawn Electrically Welded Steel Tubes.
The organisation was founded in the year 2000 with a turnover of
about 100 crores.

Position : Sr. HR Manager
Reports to : CEO

Desired Candidate:
Must be any graduate and an MBA/MPM in HR.
Should have an experience of at least 12-15 years of which should have worked on the managerial level for minimum 3 years.

Age- 35-40 years

Location: Pune

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Would be responsible for all the HR functions like recruitment,
training, organization culture and IR functions.
Must be a creative thinker and should be able to guide the Middle &
Lower management towards building a good work culture in the
organization, implementation of best practices in the industry.
Should be a people's person.
He would also handle all the statutory requirements. One person
each for HR and Personnel would report to him. The team would be of
4 personnel.

Salary would not be a constriant for the right candidate.
