Key Responsibilities: Drive business development initiatives - offshoring of new accounts to IDC in conjunction with IDC leadership
Onsite account Management leads.


Desired Profile Experience and Skills Summary

Mandatory Skills:
• Prior experience in software services sales in offshore -onsite model
• Knowledge of software delivery practices

Preferable Skills: Prior experience with a CMM level 5 certified MNC

• Skills in multi tasking

• Negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management skills


Sales Manager Profile : Currently working as BDM / Sales Manager
To be considered, the candidate should have around 7-15 years of experience in the IT industry
