The Customer is a leading HR Company based all over Europe and North America with 2003 revenues of over Euro 5 Billion. It is a market leader in Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain and Portugal and the southeast of United States. It is planning to open an Office in Bangalore.

Ideally the candidate should be a MBA from a premier business school with 6 to 7 years of experience including 3 years in professional consulting.

The salary will be around Rs. 20 to Rs.25 lakhs. The profile:

Reporting to : Group Controller

Job purpose
* Support the group in understanding the future staffing & recruiting market
* Profiling of players
* Identification synergies in the field of exchange of best practices (products & processes) and leads to international clients
* Acquisition and integration project management
* Alternatively support drawing up a business plan and launching a Greenfield
* Subsequently possibly going in the Indian operation

Main accountabilities
1. Guide the start up:
* Develop the basic concept
* Build a strong basis for the business
* Be profitable as from day 1
* Be a "quartermaster" for the starting operations

2. Management of the business
* Setting goals in line with the Company targets
* Explore the market
* Implement the basic concept
* Secure fit with Company strategy
* Secure solid understanding of data
* Solid understanding of Company building blocks
* Secure proper control of local business

Required Experience and Education
* Experience at 3-5 years in professional business environment
* Experience at least three years as a professional consultant

* Education level:
o Master level or equivalent
o MBA
