GECIS is looking for talented professionals capable of working with our global customers in the following areas :

Consultants / Sr. consultants / Project Managers / Program Managers :-

You will partner with large global organisations, optimise & align their business & IT strategies & deliver world class solutions. Must be proficient in multiple module (of at least one package software) and been through at least one complete life-cycle implementation. Familiarity with business processes in one industry, thorough knowledge in a domain area. Understanding & experience of business process modeling. Ability to manage organisational changes Are all desirable skills.

Qualification :
BE/MBA from premier institute with 3-10 yrs exp in implementation, upgrade & rollout of the following applications.

SAP (Code : SAP1104)
Oracle Applications (OA1104)
CRM (CRM1104)
EAI (EAI1104)
Business Intelligence (BI1104)
DBA/Sysadmin (DBA1104)
Workflow/Document Management (WF1104)

Program Managers (PM1104)
Should have led multiple large projects in the above domains with exp on A. planning, monitoring & control of the projects. B. continuous management reporting on financials, resources & risk. C. Proactive identification of issues, timely escalation & tracking. D. Own customer relationship & repeat business.

Industry Specialists (IVS1104)
Retail/BFSI/Manufactoring - Discrete & Process / Healthcare / Media Proficiency in articulating business needs & translating them into viable solutions. Ability to build competencies in the relevant domains, analyse industry trends & identify suitable offerrings. Experience of pre-sales activity across geographies & excellent interaction & presentation skills. Participation in contract negotiations & finalisation would be a added advantage.

Process Design Specialists (PDS1104)
Proficient in process transaction planning & documentation Implementation of transition plans & identification of process gaps, coordination with multiple interfaces internally & at customers end and able to train project teams on customer processes.
