Position; AVP HR
Need a person with strong HR domain expertise / skills. Preferably someone who has worked in an organization with strong HR practices. The person should be certified in one or more HR processes, have exposure to world class engagement models or OD models, etc. Exposure to management development / training will help. Not necessarily a pure BPO background, could be from a FMCG, service industry, a bank or insurance co, the focus is not on recruitment but on people retention and development.
Excellent Communication skills is must.
