JOB PROFILE
As the leader in Human Capital Management Consulting in the ASEAN/SA, clients depend on us for innovative ideas that will enhance their ability to effectively manage Human Capital in their organizations. We are seeking candidates with a thorough, extensive knowledge of HR processes and programs and an awareness of trends influencing the future of Human Resource Management. This position will be part of a Human Capital Management consulting group (within IBM Business Consulting Services) that leads and facilitates the implementation and management of Human Capital to improve business performance at all levels client organizations. To fulfill this role, the Consultant will:
·Will act as a key Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant and
adviser to executives and management on projects providing the full range of HR consulting services, including organization design, job design, process improvement and organization performance, measurement and improvement.
· Manage client relationships and provide specialized consulting and
project management support for various phases and types of client projects
·Perform, define systems and administrative requirements, manage
budgets, and participate/lead project meetings
·Serve as a recognized technical and marketing resource to HCM
practice in the ASEAN Region
EDUCATION
Full time MBA/PGDBM/MPM from a Tier 1 institute with specialization in Human Resource Management
EXPERIENCE
·4 – 8 years experience in HR consulting: diagnosing organizational
performances issues, recommending changes and facilitating implementation of changes.
·Solid experience designing and developing HR process and practices in the areas of Performance Management, Job design, Competency Management, HR service Delivery, Learning & Development, HR Transformation etc. in a large multinational integrated consulting environment or large international consulting firm, desired. HR professionals working in Corporate HR functions of large companies engaged in the above may also apply.
• Demonstrated proficiency with proposals, project management, budgets,and client activity systems preferred
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:
• Ability to identify, design, recommend, and implement efficient, innovative HR solutions to clients' HR challenges • Coordinate project implementations and ensure client satisfaction. • Superior analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and proposals simultaneously • Ability to coach and mentor junior consultants • Manage members of project teams and day-to-day project activities · Participate in or lead client meetings, including fact-finding interviews and presentation of final recommendations • Support business development and marketing activities. ·Willingness to travel for long durations for consulting engagements in India and in the ASEAN region.
