Position :- Organisation Development Manager

Job Profile :-
The jobholder is responsible for all the training activity of the Company and all developmental inputs to employees. He ensures multi-skilling across levels and departments in line with HR Strategy. He is responsible for the development interventions initiated from time to time.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To define, document and review the skill requirements across functions [both short-term and long-term for technical / managerial]
Conduct skill gap analysis, identify training needs and freeze the annual schedule for the same
Plan, organise and conduct training through external and internal trainers.
Ensure continuous follow-up of each plan in terms of action planning and actions thereon from
Participant
Concerned HOD
HRD
Suggest detailed OD intervention plan for the company on the basis of analysis and review
Conduct the induction program for all new joinees.
Develop herself as a counsellor in the system.
Ensure information flow from the Company to employees.
Continuously work towards Knowledge Management
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate with concerned department for needed infrastructure and logistics support.
Benchmarking the training activity.
Be the interface with the Shareholders, including scheduling programs for them.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare detailed OD intervention plan.
Ensuring the requisite training man-days for each employee.
Ensure multiskilling for all critical jobs
Documenting all training activities for retrieval and reference
Good possibility of international exposure.
Experience :- Total of 10 to 12 years of work experience in good companies
Age Group :- Less than 35 yrs
Qualification :- MMS in Human Resources from a Premiere Institute.
Compensation :- Upto 12 lakhs
