HR Manager -Mumbai

Our clients a Mid sized Software Organization. They are linked with
one of the most respected names in the Software Industry. They are also based in Bombay and are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to join them ASAP.
These are Full time/permanent positions and need to be filled in at
the earliest.

To qualify for these positions, you should:
- Have a good Educational Background (MBA in HR from a reputed
institution)
- Have at least 7 years of Total Experience in the Human Resources
Function
- Have experience on Training, Performance Management, Team Building
and Team Mentoring areas
- Should have some experience in giving internal trainings to
employees
- Should have experience in working in an IT organization
- Should be able to effectively work with a small team of HR
Professionals
- Have Good Communication skills
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
