We have two requirements with us:
3-4 yrs exp, MBA from a premier intitute with exp in Recruit & Selection and OD exposure. Sal Approx 9 Lakhs.
8-12 yrs of exp, MBA from premier Institute with 10-12yrs exp in HR, out of which 3-5yrs should be in corporate with sound understanding of HR concepts. Experience with a consultancy firm will be an added advantage.Sal Approx 18 Lakhs.
