Our Client is a professional services firm that specializes in providing out-sourced Data Processing & Marketing Analysis solutions to its clients.With offices in San Fransisco and New Delhi,they have an extensive business that deals with Data Analysis,Data Processing,Data Collection and Process Outsourcing.

Designation : Manager-Operations

Job Description
Responsible for leading multiple client service delivery teams across multiple overseas client.
Interact with US based clients on a daily basis to manage delivery of projects.
Implement and maintain quality control processes for projects
Design and maintain delivery processes for existing and new clients.
Develop and coach junior team members.

Desired Profile
B.Tech degree, B.Sc. Hons. (Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics), BA Hons. (Economics), or B.Com followed by MBA from a premier business school.
Atleast 2 years of relevant work experience, after MBA is required(preferably around 5 years).
At minimum candidates must have managed a team of at least 5 people in the last one year.
Industry experience in the field of Data Processing/ Data Analysis/ Market Research/ BPO is preferred but it is not necessary
