Performance Mgt and OD Managers -Mumbai / Pune

I represent Zend Consulting Services, a premier Executive Search Firm specializing in IT, Telecom & BFSI providing Middle and Senior Level Executive Search services.

Our clients a Large Software Multinational Organization. They
currently employ more than 4000 professionals and have offices across the nations.They are amongst the Top 10 Software exporters from India.

For their Mumbai and Pune offices they are looking to hire a Human
Resources Professionals having experience in:
a: Performance Management or,
b: Organizational Development

These are Full time/permanent positions and need to be filled in at
the earliest. Positions are open at the Manager / Senior Manager Level (4 years to 12 years). Applicants should have completed an MBA course from premier institutes. Applicant should have very good communication skills and should be ready to relocate to Mumbai / Pune.

JD - Performance Management Manager:
------------------------------------
-> Formulate & institutionalize a performance management system in
the organization
-> Evaluate existing system and recommend improvements/ changes or a
totally new system
-> Streamline the performance appraisal process to meet organization
needs
-> Evaluate existing promotion process and recommend improvements /
changes
-> Streamline the assessment center process to make it more objective

JD - Organizational Development Manager:
---------------------------------------
-> Evaluate existing organization environment & processes Design new OD
-> initiatives in the areas of Career Planning & Development, Competency Mapping and Assessment, Job Description/Job Evaluation, HR diagnostic studies, Employee Surveys, HR Interventions, Change
Management and Research based HR Products.
-> Ensure acceptability of new design by the senior management and
employees.
-> Implement OD initiatives to bring People Care function in line
with best of industry practices.
