They are looking for a Compensation & Benefit Expert profile from premier B Schools and with experience of minimum 4 years post Qualification. So someone from 1997-2000 Batch would be preferred. Job Description
This is a Senior Managerial level position wherein the responsibilities will be:
#Prepare & finalize compensation packages for new recruits both at entry,middle and senior levels in line with the company’s compensation philosophy.
#Develop and maintain National Compensation & Benefits database which aimed at ensuring accurate reflection of the compensation figures with payroll system.
#Review of compensation structure for Senior management involving coverage of basic, monthly allowances, cash reimbursements, annual benefits, benefits in kind, retrials as applicable.
#Working out incentive and promotion exercises
#Preparing annual and mid year compensation corrections in line with internal benchmarks.
#Preparing Annual Appraisal and Annual Revision
#Reworking and monitoring HR Service Standards
#Calculation and execution of Job Grade promotions for managerial and non-managerial level.
DESIRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
The incumbent must be an MBA from premier institutes with around 4-6 years of experience post qualification as Compensation & Benefit expert.
Would prefer someone with excellent personality & communication.
Someone strong in Performance Management in addition to Compensation & Benefit would be preferred.
