RESOURCE consultantcy looking for Recruiter

RESOURCE is a reputed Human Resource Consultancy based in
Chembur,Mumbai, and caters to a varied client base of Indian and
Multinational companies like Birla Sunlife, Citibank, HLL, ITC,
Microsoft, Reliance and SAP.

We are looking out for Enthusiastic Lady professionals to work with
us as Recruitment Consultants. The job profile would be as under –
Developing and strengthening relations with new and existing clients
Sourcing Management level requirements
Servicing the requirements by headhunting and database search.
Being part of the core strategy team to effect growth and diversification into other areas of HR and training

Required profile –
Basic qualification in Management preferable. (not essential)
Ability to liaise with corporate clients and build sustainable business relations. Client Servicing capability. Relevant Work Exp. Preferred.
Working knowledge of internet and MS Office
Enthusiasm and drive to accept challenges and achieve success

Salary – Negotiable
