Role: Compensation Analyst
Scope: India, Turkey, Middle East & Africa
Reporting to: Compensation & Benefits Manager - AMEE
Location: Head Office, Gillette India Commercial Operations - Gurgaon
The Role:
•Salary Planning & Administration
•Benefit Administration
•HR Policies and Procedures
•Salary Structure & Development
•Job Evaluation
•Project Management
•Record Keeping & HR Information Systems
Qualification:
•Postgraduate degree/ diploma in Human Resources from a premier Institute (XL, TISS, SIBM)
•Experience of atleast 3 - 4 years in HR function with Atleast 1 year in a Compensation role
Competencies:
•Good communication skills with the ability to influence and deal with employees at all levels, including senior leadership.
•Strong process orientation, ownership and follow through
•High drive for results
•Attention to detail & strong execution ability
•PC skills – In-depth knowledge of excel and an ERP system preferably SAP HR Modules
Other Requirements:
•Incumbent should be mobile and willing to travel nationally and internationally
•Experience in working with other markets outside India, in the area of C&B will be given preference
