Position :- Human Resource Managers for

1) R & D Centre @ Aurangabad
2) Formulation Plant @ Chikalthana

Job Profile :-
Manage 350 scientists and a workforce of 1500 employees.
Orientation towards Human Resources and takes HR initiatives.
Working knowledge of Industrial relations.
Ability to manage hierarchy and deal with white collar employees.
High on people management
Handle recruitment in the R & D Centre.
Manage Training and policy making.

Reporting to :- GM HR at Corporate office in Bombay

Reportees :- at staff level

Experience :- Total of 8 to 10years of work experience in good companies

Age Group :- Less than 35 yrs

Qualification :- MMS in Human Resources from a Good Institute.

Compensation :- Upto 8 lakhs

Language Proficiency :- Marathi mandatory

Industry Preferance :- Pharmaceutical.
