Qualification - MBA with a specialization in HR.
Experience - 5-6 years in HR in Software Company.
Role Description
The Key Performance Areas include the following -
1] Overall responsibility for Recruitment
To meet the overall manpower ramp-up through various sources of recruitment
Should be able to draw up the manpower plan for the year
Use of innovative means of recruitment to meet the timelines
Should be able to draw up the budget and ensure effective use of
cost-effective sources to meet the desired ramp-up plan
Design schemes for Placement agencies/ employee referrals to meet the recruitment objectives
To ensure the ISO & CMM processes laid out are followed while carrying out the function.
To ensure offer to joining rate is high.
2] Involvement in other areas of HR depending on the experience and aptitude of the individual.
The individual should have handled the recruitment function in software multinational. Apart from recruitment, the individual should have been involved in other areas of the HR function.
