Responsibilities:
High volume interviewing with entry- to mid- level candidates for
positions in business research, data analysis, and graphics (i.e. ¡§content business¡¨ positions)
Work closely with the India Office Manager, CEB UK Recruiting Director, and team members to manage recruiting efforts for all position openings in our India office.
Develop a critical eye for ¡§content business¡¨ hiring by fully
diagnosing the unique needs of hiring managers and conducting comprehensive interviews that test both analytical and interpersonal attributes
Build strong relationships with senior managers and staff throughout the firm, as well as with external recruiting partners
Oversee and ¡§own¡¨ the candidate management process, from interviewing through to candidate tracking/communication and pipeline reporting
Create sourcing initiatives that attract distinctive candidates to the firm
Over time, build database of candidates, companies and colleges that
represent the best pools of CEB talent
Use third-party resume databases such as www.monsterindia.com to source candidates
Manage campus recruiting program
Understand students¡¦ job selection process and assist India Office
Manager in crafting a compelling employment offer that gets CEB India ¡§Day 0¡¨ or ¡§Day 1¡¨ recruiting slots on campuses
Work with US & UK campus recruiting teams to source candidates from US & UK colleges for the Indian office
Implement and manage a recruiting process that involves US and UK line managers for all India office hiring decisions
Take the lead on special projects (e.g., compensation studies, marketing materials, interview training modules)
Hire, develop, motivate and evaluate recruiting/HR staff as the office expands
Candidate Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to conduct a high-volume of behavioral candidate interviews
Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision and analytical skills
Superior professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Top-notch interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to draw conclusions and defend a point of view
Consummate team player that delivers against urgent deadlines and has an outstanding service ethic
Process- and detail-oriented individual who does not lose sight of the bigger picture
Enjoys project work and managing multi-constituency initiatives
Desired Background:
MBA or HR-related post-graduate degree with several years of experience in recruiting
Experience in building high volume, diverse, hard to find talent pools
Recruiting experience in professional services firm¡X¡§content business¡¨ experience a real advantage
