Position : HR Generalist
Education : Post Graduation degree in HR from a premier institute.
Experience : Minimum of 4-6 yrs of experience in the HR arena.
Location : Bangalore

The applicant should be working with organizations with mature HR processes Must have exposure to PCMM.

The individual should have independently handled HR at the Business unit level in a large organization Has handled all the areas of HR like , Recruitment and Selection, Performance management, Employee engagement, etc. Must have been involved in rolling out strategic initiatives across the organization.
Must have handled 300-500 people organizations.
Ability to work in matrix organization.
Should have the capability to increase people participation within the organization
Enthusiasum to work in a rapidly gorwing organizations.
Exposure to IT organization is preferred.


Position : Recruitment Manager
Education : Post Graduation degree in HR from a premier institute.
Experience : 4-6 yrs of experience in the HR arena.
Location : Bangalore

The individual should have managed the end to end responsibility of a recruitment function.
Must be comfortable with hiring large numbers and work under stringent timelines
should have handled hiring function for minimum 5-6 years.
Should posses excellent communication and negotiation skills
should be aggressive and dynamic.
