ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the overall recruitment effort for the enormous expansion within the region.
Develop an effective, consistent interviewing process - job definition, selection criteria, interviewing logistics, compensation argets.
Advise and consult management on recruitment topics (best practices, sourcing strategies, employment law, compensation).
Develop strong working relationships with employment agencies/ vendors, colleges and community organizations.
Build a team-oriented approach to meet overall staffing goals of the organization.
Aid in the development of recruitment activity reports.
REQUIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS:
MBA/ Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8-10 years' recruitment experience, of which one year of recruitment management experience in a corporate human resources environment required.
Demonstrated ability to assess and select external talent into a dynamic, fast-paced, high volume environment.
Experience developing and managing staffing programs in a high-growth region.
Ability to influence, coach and develop strong client relationships is essential.
Must have in-depth understanding of local Employment Law and policies
Internal consulting experience, including counseling ability and problem identification/solving skills is required.
Ability to demonstrate excellent common sense, judgment and sense of issue urgency.
PC and HRIS systems proficiency as well as excellent verbal/written communication skills are necessary.
Team player; manage across organizational lines, ability to influence key decision makers on human resources issues.
