HR/IR requirement - 94/95 batches - Chennai

We are Approach Intl, an executive search firm based out of Gurgaon, Delhi; there is an urgent requirement for a leading MN FMCG company for handling their Chennai HR/IR Operations:

Experience : 94 or 95 batcher with IR/HR preferable exp in an
FMCG/Manufacturing set-up

Responsibilities:
An HR Role with more focus on IR for the next 1 year at least.
The candidate should be able to handle settlements with the union independently and be able to give strategic input to operations.
He / She will be responsible for HR Scorecard, Training, PMS etc.
The candidate should know the local language (TAMIL) and should
be able to liaison with the govt authorities and locals.
The candidate should be good in Goal orientation, working with and through people, high on personal values and customer focused
