My client is among the top 10 NASSCOM listed software services companies from India. They have extensive HR practises in place int he company with a team of over 7500.They are looking for a HR professional with around 12-18 years post qualification experience and a graduate in HR from a premier institute. Individual will be responsible for people management and operations. The client has a seperate team to look after recruiting, reloaction, etc. allowing this individual to be responsible for core HR activities. This individual will have HR Managers of various SBUs reporting to him/ her and will report to the VP - Human Resources.
