GECIS is now looking to hire more Six Sigma Black Belts to be based in its India locations.

Black Belt Role :
Black Belt is responsible for driving change within the organization in terms of driving process improvements and big productivity initiatives. He/ She deploys Six Sigma methodology to business processes to improve the process capability and eliminate defect generation. They are responsible for managing all facets of processes that enable the business to deliver to customer expectations.

GECIS offers 4 weeks intense Training on Six Sigma tools and methodologies and 1 week training on Change Management.

Eligibility criteria :
3 & above yrs. of experience.
Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or financial services industry.
Engineers/MBA's/CA's or equivalent experience.
