1. Regional Head, Distribution - North, South, East & West (Code RH)
6-8 yrs exp in Relationship Management with at least 2 yrs in manging teams at a regional level. Passion for the capital markets and have acquired business and managed relationships with High Networth individuals for various investment products.
We are 1 of the largest portfolio managers in the country with assets under management of around 1500crores. Bsedies our proprietary PMS, we also offer mutual funds & insurance as preferred investment vehicles to our clients. You will be responsible for leading your team in business acquisition & maximising revenues for your region.
2. Sr Relationship managers / relationship managers - Distribution. (code RM) - across India
You will have a minimum of 1-4 yrs exp in business acquisition & managing relationships with high networth individuals for various investment products like Portfolio management services, Mutual Funds & Insurance as preferred investment vehicles to clients.
3. Head - Customer Service (Code HCS) - Mumbai only.
You will have managed priority customer services for around 4 yrs at a sr level. At least 2yrs as head customer service in a large organisation with exp in managing large teams.
You will be required to strategize & deliver service quality for our online investment channel kotakstreet.com.
All above positions require strong leadership, excellent communication & team skills. Deliverables will be revenue based & target driven. Should have a passion for the capital markets & an ability to network & build relationships at all levels. MBA is required.
4. Executive Trainees (Code ET) - across India
You will want to make a career in capital markets & learn how to acquire & manage relationships. Should be ambitious & growth oriented with minimum 6 months exp in sales. Excellent communciation skills & a pleasing personality are essential.
5. Equity Dealers / Investment Advisors (Code ED) - across India More than 1 year exp in equity dealing & investment advisory. Business acumen should be supported by strong communication skills in English & local languages.
