Work Experience:
Openings for professionals with work ex ranging from 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations - Interface with the Operations Team on regular basis to ensure all concerns, issues, queries are addressed and resolved, Driving rigor and communication around Policies and ensuring checks through Audits
2. Communication - Ensuring communication rigor around employee meetings, supporting employee engagement activities
3. Driving the Employer of Choice initiatives across the team
4. Supporting Hiring, C&B planning, and Corporate HR initiatives as and when rolled out
5. Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of Talent Management initiatives including EMS, Session C, Feedback and Closure, Role mapping and redeployments, Career Pathing etc.
6. Ensuring Robust HR processes to support service delivery of Operations team
7. Facilitating Conflict Management, supporting Change initiatives 8. Managing HR MIS, reporting, and analysis
