*Engineering and/or MBA. About 4-6 years of work experience,
*Strong analytical & problem solving abilities with a strong aptitude for numbers,
*good balance of Quality and business perspective,
*Ability to work in teams is a must
Desirable:
*Experience in BPO industry
*Knowledge of Six-Sigma
*Exposure to Revenue Cycle (Collections/Payables etc) or Supply Chain (Sourcing, expediting etc)
