Below is the job description for Senior Manager- HR (North & East Zone).
The person shall be responsible for complete gamut of HR for North & East Zone with regional HR manager for east reporting into this position. North- East zone currently has 200 employees on rolls of the company and has approximately 150-200 contractual employee. The person shall be required to look into the Recruitment, Performance Management,Compensation & Benefits, Management Development, Training Needs Analysis, Incentivising Performance, Statutory Compliances while focusing extensively on employee communication and retention strategies.
The person shall be required to provide support to sales & marketing team and helping them in achieving their objectives & targets.
The person shall also participate in corporate initiatives on the need basis.
The person shall be responsible for zonal HR while working very closely with Audio- Video/ Home Appliances,IT & Hand Held Phones' sales & marketing teams.
The position gives an opportunity to indivdual to learn more about the Mobile Phones industry both locally & globally .
It is a senior level position reporting into Head of HR for Samsung India Electronics Limited.
Compensation is Open and will depend upon the organization's perception of individual’s expertise.
Should be an MBA with specialisation in Human Resources from one of the A grade institutes with exprience of 6 to 12 years.
Position is based out of New Delhi.
