Position Title : Recruiter
Business Unit: Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt ltd., Location:Hyderabad Reports to: Recruitment Manager - IDC
Position Description:
Responsible for implementing and assisting in the development of
effective recruiting strategies in order to attract and screen high
quality entry level to experienced candidates in specific functional
areas. Will own end to end closure of requisitions pertaining to the
product groups he/she supports.
Responsible for client relationships and reporting, candidate
generation,interviewing, hiring decisions, candidate negotiation,
offers and declines. Serves as primary point of contact for the
client group he/she supports.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline with MBA degree specializing in HRM from
a good institute.
Experience Level and Background:
Minimum of three - four years of Recruiting experience in Technology
company, preferably for a software product development company.
Should have successfully handled end to end recruitment
independently for client group/s within the organization.
Competencies/Skills:
