Manager - Recruitments (Noida)
We are looking for Manager / Senior Manger - Recruitments (IT) for one of our clients. We are looking for someone who can take up the responsibility for Staffing function of the Software Centre based out of NOIDA. The person must have had exposure to mass recruitments of technical professionals and must have handled both On-Campus and Off-campus Recruitments. The person shall be required to provide direction to the staffing function while introducing structure, systems, processes and building the staffing team. The person shall be required to work very closely with the Line function. Experience in and exposure to response advertisement, Walk ins, Semi -walk ins and job fairs etc would be added advantage. Will have to manage multiple channels of recruitments.
Need to have good understanding of staffing function of IT companies and an understanding of IT industry. Should have very good co-ordination skills and should be comfortable with multi tasking. He/She must posses very good communication skills and should be comfortable communicating across the hierarchy within the organization. Must also be comfortable communicating with entities outside the organization. He/She will be required to prepare annual, half yearly and quarterly staffing plans. Prepare plan of action for meeting the numbers.
It is a key position in the organization. People with the right kind of experience, expertise and maturity to carry out the responsibility would be preferred.
Miminum Educational Qualification would be a management degree in HR with 7-12 years of relevant experience.
