I represent Elixir Web Solutions .Servicing a host of Fortune 500 clients across verticals, Elixir started in the year 2000, in a short span of 4 years has graduated from a small, single location search firm to one of the countries Largest Talent Search Houses which employs over 100 consultants and whose offices are split over Delhi in the North and Pune in the West. Elixir would shortly be opening a South Zone Office in Bangalore and another in Mumbai.

As of now we have an opening for Manager Personnel with one of our clients based out Delhi.It is one of the well known MNC in the Banking & Financial Service Space.

The Client is looking for a Generalist HR profile from premier B Schools and with experience of minimum 4 years post Qualification. So someone from 1997-1999 Batch would be preferred. As far as compensation is concerned it is best in the industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Managerial level position wherein the incumbent will be responsible for providing
operational and service support on personnel related activities to the associates in identified LOB’s in Mumbai,Chennai & Bangalore. This position is based in Mumbai, however his/her initial assignment will be in Delhi for 4-6 months.

Recruitment
Compensation & Benefit
Career planning
Performance Appraisal
Succession planning
Retention strategies
Learning & Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be responsible for execution of frontline functions related to Personnel activities for Mumbai/ Chennai & Bangalore in co-ordination with the Personnel Generalist for the region.
Maintaining Data quality & accuracy
Ensuring effectiveness of C&B administration and annual compensation reviews.
Manage the personnel systems/processes related to associate reimbursements and loan disbursals as per benefit policies
Drive for timely completion/receipt of Performance Appraisals for all associates in the Region.
Organize induction program in conjunction with the Regional Personnel Generalist and provide
administrative support to training initiatives.
Assist in preparing of an effective computerized personnel information system and to maintain statutory retiral accounts i.e. PF, Gratuity & Pension.
Handling employment matters i.e. equal opportunity, leaves, disciplinary matters involving minor misdemeanor upto the stage of a formal written warning, coordination with government labor machinery.
Managing effective employee relations in the region and coordinate the Bank's involvement and communication processes in order to maintain a cooperative and peaceful atmosphere.
Preparing and maintaining all confidential and sensitive documents and other employee records.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The incumbent must be an MBA in Personnel Management from a Top Business School, with 4-6 years experience preferably in a Foreign Bank/ MNC-FMCG Company or HR Consultancy Firm.
Would prefer a Post Graduate from XLRI/TISS/SYMBIOSIS/NARSEE MONJEE/FMS.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
Ability to understand tasks in the context of broader process, seeing connections between steps.
Experience in working with minimal supervision or direction, while identifying opportunities and taking initiative to see them through to execution.
Demonstrates analytical skills and the ability to represent numbers graphically.
Demonstrates high level of mastery in Excel and Power point using some of the more complex functions.
Has knowledge and understanding of the key principles and processes of Six Sigma.
Strong organizational and time management skills; experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrates high attention to detail; strive to get it right the first time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mature, independent and able to interface well with senior Bank officers.
Familiarity with Bank systems, technology and interfaces will be beneficial.
