Education: Post Graduate/Masters in HR from reputed institutes.
Exp : The ideal candidate should have 5-8 yrs of relevant experience in the IT Industry handling the entire gamut of HR activities with strong focus on Staffing/Recruitment.
2) Position : Manager - HR
Education : Post Graduate/Masters in HR from reputed institutes.
Exp : The ideal candidate with 6 - 8 yrs of exp. in IT industry handling HR activities , should be strong at policy formulation and OD. RECRUITMENT will not a part of this profile.
