Skills, Role and Responsibilities
1.Strong management, planning and conceptual skills to lead the function
2.Proven ability to work successfully in a global team environment
3.Proven experience in key HR disciplines such as compensation, training, employee relations, employee services, employment law, etc.
4.Strong organizational skills are a must, as job will entail establishing and maintaining various processes.
5.Experience in defining, collecting, analyzing and presenting meaningful data will be key to success in this role.

The candidate’s principle responsibilities will be:
•Handle compensation management and performance appraisal programs across the organization
•Develop programs, practices, and policies geared toward motivating employees to achieve their best performance.
•Participate with senior managers to develop and document company policies and procedures.
•Responsible for all statutory aspects of HR.
•Supervise other administrative functions.
•Ensure internal customer satisfaction of all employees
•Design career-growth paths for employees
•Develop and document policies and procedures
•Supervise other administrative functions.
•Handle employee induction and resignation
•Counsel employees
•Develop various methods of communication between employees and management to diagnose any employee relations’ issues and address them immediately.
•Maintain open communication channels throughout the organization
•Manage the entire HR group’s activities and handle the HR function independently
•Develop and manage a team of HR Specialists
•Partner closely with matrix HR functions and often times be responsible for the implementation of key HR programs for groups
•Responsible for employee retention at all levels
•Maintain employee relations and develop programs and practices to ensure overall satisfaction of employees
•Supervise, monitor and design soft skill training within the organization
•Supervise other administrative functions.

•A post graduate with an HR background from a reputed institute
•Conversant with all HR practices, local labor laws, guidelines etc
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and conceptual skills, ability to motivate employees
•Relevant work experience in a large 1000+ BPO /ITES organization is a must.
•Should have handled all facets of HR such as Performance management, compensation, personal grievance handling, KRA setting, Counseling, OD and Change management, policy handling etc.
•Should have handled a large HR team of at least 5-10 people
•Good relations with HR community
