REQUIRED : Executive HR FOR Industrial parts Manufacturing Company (Job Reference JXRJK/03)

QUALIFICATIONS : Full Time MBA (HR) from a reputed Institute

Experience :- 4-7 years in Large Industrial Manufacturing Organisations at the Plant Level in the following areas
- Designing and handling performance appraisals
- Familiarity with competency based development model.
- Ability to design and facilitate training programme
- Exposure to compensation management.
- Exposure to organisation structuring.
- Good interpersonal / empathy skills
- Exposure to IR not an essential condition
- Exposure to IT based HR systems will be an added advantage.

SALARY : Upto Rs. 5 lacs per annum
