We are looking for an HR person in the Corporate HR function of SRF Ltd.
The incumbent will be responsible for implementation of Corporate HR activities viz. Job Evaluation, campus recruitment, lateral recruitment, compensation , performance management system and review of HR policies.
Should have an M.B.A in HR/PM&IR, 4-8 years HR experience in organisations known for their HR practices.
The above position is based at Delhi. The office will be shortly moving to Gurgaon.
