Intercon International. Our client, a MNC BPO is inviting candidature for the position of Head Staffing.

Job role includes:
* Handling a team of recruitment managers and executives
* Designing & Preparing hiring process & Systems for all positions
* Tracking down the Recruitment targets.
* Understanding business plans & presenting recruitment targets.
* Ensuring the right quality of selection by implementing the
approved hiring process.
* Training of line executives on interview interviewing process &
enabling them towards better selection.
Offer closure & placement at senior management level.

Attributes of a right candidate:

* A professional with a Master's degree from a reputed institute.
* Relevant HR work experience of a 8 + years
* Previous experience in ITES/ BPO related industry is required.
