Plant HR Head - Rs 9-11lakhs+ - Mumbai

Name of the Company: A leading MNC FMCG

Location: Mumbai Plant

Designation: Head HR

Description: Would be handling the IR activities. Would be leading a
team of six to seven people (including a consultant) for handling the Hr work in terms of recruitment training and system related (ERP).
Would also handle the personnel mgmt in regards to
administration and other hr areas.

Reporting relation: Vice- President HR

Compensation to be offered: 9-11 lakhs. (not a constraint for a good
candidate)

Qualification: Must be a MBA from XLRI\ TISS\ IMA or a premier
institute.

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in terms of handling hard- core Hr (plant HR preferably).
