Fortune 23, 100 Billion US $ revenues Target Corporation (www.target.com) is looking out for Senior HR Manager for their software development subsidiary in Bangalore.
For this they are looking for some body with 8+ years of experience in entire gamut of HR. He/she must be MBA/ MA (SW) from top institute with experience in Software industry.
Startup environment experience is highly preferred. Person would be responsible for setting up and making all the HR functions of this company running. He/She would be responsible for core HR functions like Performance Management, Compensation Structuring, OD, Training and other HR policies & processes along with Recruitment. Would lead a small team.
