Desired Profile ......
Strong Academic Background ( Pref. Engg + MBA with 3-5 yrs experience )
( Graduates/Post graduates in engineering / statistics/ mathematics / Management)
Quality background/ Exposure to Six Sigma.
Strong Analytical skill
Comfortable With Numbers, Good communications skills –
Ability to interact With Senior Leadership,
Inter-personal skills – ability drive change, be a change agent, Strong intellect and able to learn Quickly, Facilitative Leadership skills – influencing skills, mentoring and coaching
