Job Description :
To lead various HR initiatives for the Business Unit
* Responsible for implementation of all human resource processes.
* Responsible for implementation and facilitation of Performance Management System, co-ordination and facilitation of Organization Development Review related activities
* Responsible for all Corporate HR policy guidelines implementation
* Responsible for initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.
* Responsible for introduction of and maintenance of communication systems.
* Responsible for initiating process for identification of training needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external training programs.
* All matters related HR administration matters, implementation of welfare schemes, arranging employee participation programs, administration of employee recognition program
* Advise Business Unit Head on all HR issues, especially those pertaining to Human Resources and on company policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with the various departments and develop relevant program outlines to capture the exact training requirement from the departments.
Desired Profile :
Should be working in a capacity of Sr.Manager HR/ Gen.Manager HR for past 3-5 years.
- Years of experience in between 10 - 20 in handling the operational aspects of HR & Training in IT Company (Product Based).
- Candidates from NCR would be preferred.
- Can handle/supervise HR Functions independently
- Can handle/manage/organize training & development programmes
- Liaison and coordinating capabilities
- Excellent & Effective Communication skills
- Must be conversant with the latest practices / interventions in the T&D function
