The incumbent will be part of a Global Strategic Consulting group responsible for leading, managing and implementing global strategic change initiatives within the Organization.
The incumbent will be expected to lead part or all of major re-engineering projects or other strategic initiatives.
The candidate may also work with business partners and their teams in a consulting role to help build new business strategies and support implementation for successful delivery of their projects.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing projects through all stages and maintain control of progress and cost.
The incumbent is responsible for building strong business relationships by collaborating and influencing the customers and senior management.
MBA from the batches of 1997 / 98 & 99 with prior work experience in consulting.
