We are working on a couple of senior level assignments in the field of Human Resources. Here are the details of the position -

I ]This is for a 1260 crore FMCG based in Hyderabad. It has
various functions such as Sales&Distribution, Supply chain management, IT, Finance, Commercial and R&D. Profits have especially shot up during 2003 - 04.

DESIGNATION: Manager - HR (No.2 position)

LOCATION: Hyderabad

REPORTS TO: Head - HR

CTC: 14 - 15 lakhs pa

This position requires a generalist HR personnel with 8 - 10 years experience. There is no need for any particular industry background. For a good candidate, CTC will not be a constraint.

II ]This is for a strategic HR consulting and change management
firm, which specializes in Talent management. They have offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore and Colombo, with business partners in the US. This company has been founded by Mr. Anil Sachdev.

DESIGNATION: Practice Leader

LOCATION: Bangalore / Colombo. (The requirement at Colombo is project based, and may last for a year. At the completion of the project, the candidate will be deployed back to India, to Bangalore, Mumbai or Gurgaon, based on the requirements of the company)

REPORTS TO: VP - Consulting Services

CTC: 10 - 12 lakhs pa.

This position also requires a generalist HR personnel with 8- 12 years experience.
