HR Professional, 3-5 yrs Exp, Chennai, Murugappa group

URGENTLY required HR professional for Parryware (www.eparryware.com), part of the $ 1.2 Billion Murugappa Group (www.murugappa.com). Following is a brief profile of the position:

- Its a Corporate position based out of Chennai and may entail travel across the country from time to time.

- The position would report into the Head HR - Parryware

- The incumbent would be responsible for managing all HR activities concerning the Sales Force including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance appraisal, Incentive Schemes, Award Schemes etc.,

- The role would also entail liaising with the manufacturing plants for Manpower planning

- Knowledge & some experience of legal aspects would be an added advantage

- A stint of around 1-2 years at the Plant would help

- MBA in HR/ PM & IR from TISS/ XLRI/ SIIB / SCMHRD/ XIMB etc.,

- Batches of 2001, 2000 & 1999 only need apply - HR Work Experience of 3 - 5 years

- Position would be at the level of a Deputy Manager/ Manager depending on the candidate and experience

- Compensation would be market competitive and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
